What Should I Do Now
18 Or Less
If your BMI results were 18 or less you are underweight - there may be an underlying reason for this. A visit to your GP or doctor is recommended. Being underweight can be just as unhealthy for you as being overweight.
19-24
If you are between these values you should not need to take any action. Although if you are at the bottom end of the value range you may drop into into the underweight zone. Those approaching a BMI of 24 should start to think about controlling their weight. Natural appetite suppressant - Starter diet pill
25-29
If you are between these scores then you should seriously contemplate doing something to reduce your weight. As we get older we find it more and more difficult to control our weight and so may creep into the obese range without care. Recommended weight loss pills
30-39
This range is considered very overweight or obese. Action should be taken to not only give yourself a better quality of life but to prolong it. You could be eligible for a prescription only diet pill
40 Or Over
Dangerously obese, not a good postion to find yourself in. If you have a BMI of 40 or over you should make an appointment to visit your GP. Being in this bracket could potentially shorten your life expectancy. You are a candidate for a prescription only diet pill
