Reductil Diet Pills

Reductil Review

reductil picReductil is an effective slimming pill but it is extremely hard not to focus on the negative side effects. Reductil works in much the same way as the fat blocking genre of tablets in so much as the ingredients combine to stop fat being absorbed into the body, allowing it to pass freely via bowel movements.

Reductil does have one unique attribute though - whilst blocking fat from being absorbed it helps activate a chemical called serotonin. This is responsible for making the stomach feel full.

Reductil's benefits are that it can decrease your appetite, Increase your metabolism (burning more calories) and lower your cholestrol levels.

What are Side Effects Of Reductil

In truth it would probably be easier to list what Reductil could not potentially do to you. GP's at the time coupled Reductil along with Xenical as a similar type of product, now Xenical is the prescribed medicine of choice due to its almost side effect free proposition. The following are the side effects that Reductil has been known to cause:

  • Unusually dry mouth
  • Insomnia
  • Headaches
  • A feeling of pins and needles
  • Anxety and palpatations
  • Diarrhoea, nausea, vomiting or stomach pains
  • Hot flushes, dizzy spells and sweating
  • Increase heart beat
  • High blood pressure
  • Depression
  • Impotence
  • Kidney disorders
  • Seizures

You Should Not Take Reductil If You..

  • Are pregnant or breast feeding
  • Are alergic to Sibutramine
  • Have had liver or kidney problems
  • Had an eating dissorder such as bulimia or anorexia
  • Have glaucoma or any kind of eye condition
  • Have a history of any mental disorder
  • Have an alcohol or drug problem
  • Have Tourette Syndrome

More recently there have been cases of people having panic attacks after only a few days usage, at the time these same people were identified as ideal candidates for the drug as they were not prone to any prohibitive conditions.

Is Reductil Effective - Does Reductil Work

Reductil is effective as a weight loss pill but should only taken by the dangerously overweight or obese. Someone with a  BMI of 30 or above could fall under consideration.

So in conclusion it would seem there are better, less potentaily harmful slimming pills available without having to run the gauntlet of Reductil and its dangerous side effects.
